Abstract

Chronic inflammatory diseases continue to pose serious challenges to modern healthcare due to their complex pathophysiology and long-term impact on human health. Disorders including rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, cardiovascular inflammation, and chronic respiratory conditions are increasingly associated with immune dysregulation and persistent inflammatory responses. This article examines the biological mechanisms underlying chronic inflammation, major environmental and genetic contributors, current diagnostic approaches, and recent advances in therapeutic intervention. Particular attention is devoted to multidisciplinary treatment models integrating conventional medicine, preventive healthcare, nutritional regulation, and innovative biomedical technologies. The study seeks to contribute to a broader understanding of inflammation-related disorders and their management in contemporary clinical practice.
