INTEGRATION COOPERATION OF HIGHER AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study focuses on the integrative cooperation between higher education institutions (HEIs) and vocational schools (colleges). The research aims to assess the effectiveness of existing cooperation, identify limiting factors, and develop evidence-based recommendations aligned with regional labor market needs. An empirical survey involving 235 respondents and an OLS regression model were used to analyze the level of cooperation, its drivers, and constraints. Findings indicate that cooperation is primarily effective through resources, personnel, and practical integration. Recommendations include strengthening material and technical resources, enhancing staff integration, expanding dual education, implementing incentive systems, incorporating international experience, improving monitoring mechanisms, fostering social partnerships, and actively engaging students.
