Abstract
This article examines the importance and necessity of innovative approaches in improving management processes in service sector enterprises. Increasing competition in the service market, changes in consumer demand, and rapid development of digital technologies require the implementation of new methods in management systems. The study analyzes the concept of innovative management in service enterprises, its main directions, and the effectiveness of approaches based on digital technologies and human capital. The findings of the article have practical significance for achieving sustainable development in the service sector.
