Abstract
A study on evaluation of online shopping facilities based on financial services of different sectors. The main purpose of the study was to evaluate online sales objects during the period of fixed transactions. The method used for this study is primary and secondary data collection method. A structured questionnaire was used in this study to collect data. Percentage analysis and graphical representation were used for analysis and interpretation. This article mainly focuses on customer feedback and suggestions that are useful for taking necessary steps to address them better. The results showed that most of the respondents were satisfied with the online shopping opportunities provided by the organization. These results will undoubtedly help predict customer needs.
