SEPARATION OF OIL BY EXTRACTION METHOD FROM SOY SEED AND USE IN FOOD INDUSTRY

Abstract
Good and high-quality nutrition is one of the main factors necessary for a person to be healthy, live a normal life and work. Without it, it is difficult to imagine the healthy health of people. However, not everyone correctly understands good and high-quality nutrition. For some reason, most people try to make their daily diet mainly from protein (meat and meat products), fat and carbohydrates (doughy foods). At the same time, vegetables and wet fruits, which are one of the main conditions of necessary and useful nutrition for the body, are not given enough importance, they are unforgivably neglected. It is difficult to imagine quality and proper nutrition of people without vegetables, fruits and herbs. In our country, the expansion of the areas of soybean oil crops and the increase of the products made from them are important for the full satisfaction of the population's need for oil products and for the consistent development of animal husbandry.
