IMPORTANT ISSUES OF MODERN ENGLISH LEXICOGRAPHY

Abstract
This article presents general theoretical views on lexicography. The basis of scientific research is dedicated to the problems of creating a dictionary, their solution, and issues such as their meeting in Uzbek lexicography are covered. It is devoted to the discussion of the difficult task of developing our own national dictionary corpus based on the experience of creating a base corpus in the study of the types of popular dictionaries in terms of structure.
