THE WORKS OF ABUL MU'IN AL-NASAFI

Abstract
As a result of studying the life and scientific activity of Abul Muin al-Nasafi, it was found that he received his initial education in his hometown Nasaf, then moved to Samarkand, which is considered one of the major centers of science, and under the influence of political situations, he moved from Samarkand to Bukhara. The fact that Nasafi traveled to other countries during his scientific career is almost never found in the sources. However, according to Jiybullah Hasan Ahmed, the publisher of the scholar's work "al-Tamhid li qawaidi-t-tawhid", Nasafi taught Ali ibn al-Husayn Muhammad al-Balkhi al-Sakalkandi in the science of hadith in Damascus. From this, we can assume that Nasafi was also on a scientific trip to Damascus. From the fact that Nasafi finished his work "Tabsiratu-l-adilla" in Bukhara in 500/1106, we can conclude that he stayed in Bukhara for a long time. But the assumption that his grave is located near Karshi indicates that Abul Muin spent the last years of his life in Nasaf, his native land
