TRANSLATION AND CULTURE

Abstract
This article deals with the connection between culture and translation and underlying issues in the process of interpretation cultural elements. As each culture is unique, so is the translation of a given text. Understanding differences and similarities between a source language and a target language determines the quality of translation.
