Abstract
A rapidly growing body of research demonstrates that linguistic diversity influences almost all managerial decisions in today's multinational corporations, economic development and human capital development. While the practical value of language is undeniable, empirical research and theoretical understanding of their complex and multifaceted effects still provide interesting material for research.
