Abstract
Dissertation work was prepared on the topic "Modern approach to teaching the science of the state and the foundations of law" (as an example of the national idea, the foundations of spirituality and the direction of legal education) in the informational educational environment.
It contains the content and nature of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On science and scientific activity", "On innovative activity", requirements for the teacher's innovative activity, "State and legal foundations" The special features of the subject and the issues of the innovative activity of the teacher of the subject "State and Law" in the informational educational environment are highlighted.
This thesis is a methodical recommendation for the organization and implementation of innovative activities of teachers.
