Abstract
In this article, the role and importance of women leaders in various fields of management in our society is increasing, as well as in history, during the time of the great ruler like Amir Temur, attention to women in society and their role in state management is given. The article also contains thoughts and comments about Timurid princesses who have their place and voice in society.
