Abstract
The rapid development of globalization, digitalization, and knowledge-based economies has brought significant transformations into the field of pedagogy. Modern education is no longer confined to traditional methods of teaching and learning, but instead requires innovative approaches that reflect the needs of the 21st century learner. This article explores the theoretical foundations of pedagogy, analyzes innovative teaching strategies, and discusses the challenges faced by educators in adapting to contemporary educational demands. By reviewing current pedagogical practices and perspectives, the paper argues for the necessity of a holistic integration of technology, creativity, and critical thinking in educational processes.
