Abstract

This study examines the complex relationship between ergonomic compatibility and operational safety within the “Human-Machine-Production Environment” (H-M-PE) system. The research identifies the causal chain where ergonomic imbalances, such as uncomfortable working conditions and physical fatigue, lead to cognitive failures and increased reaction times. By analyzing the flow of hazardous situations, the paper demonstrates how these factors escalate into industrial injuries and accidents. The findings emphasize the need to integrate ergonomic assessments into safety management systems to mitigate risks and improve the overall reliability of industrial processes.
