Abstract
This article provides a systematic analysis of the experience of foreign countries in investigating criminal cases using artificial intelligence technologies. The study examines modern approaches applied in developed countries for detecting crimes, analyzing evidence, processing large volumes of data, and increasing the efficiency of investigations through artificial intelligence. In addition, the legal foundations, ethical aspects, and issues of ensuring human rights in the use of artificial intelligence are highlighted. Based on foreign experience, the advantages and existing challenges of introducing artificial intelligence technologies into investigative activities are identified, and scientific and practical conclusions are drawn on adapting them to national investigative practice. The ideas presented in the abstract contribute to improving criminal procedural activities.
