CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN AND ISSUES OF ITS PREVENTION

Abstract
This article analyzes the types of violence committed against children, their legal definitions, and their evaluation under criminal law. In particular, the paper examines issues of criminal liability through the lens of physical, sexual, and psychological violence, bullying, neglect, and exploitation. Additionally, it discusses the preventive measures aimed at combating such violence, the normative legal framework, and the mechanisms of inter-agency cooperation among state institutions. The article emphasizes the role of law enforcement bodies, educational institutions, and society in protecting children from violence.
