Abstract

the article focuses on the historical basis of considering the cases related to the invalidity of civil legal contracts and the application of its consequences, the analysis of the normative legal documents adopted in this regard, their content and the issues covered by the legislation. Also, the article examines and analyzes the peculiarities of finding contracts invalid and applying its consequences.
