USE OF WORDS COMING FROM ENGLISH IN AGRICULTURE

Abstract
This article explores the use of English loanwords in the field of agriculture in Uzbekistan. Due to globalization and technological advancements, numerous terms such as "agrotechnology," "biotechnology," "irrigation," and "marketing" have become widely adopted in agricultural vocabulary. The paper examines the origin of these terms, their usage in the Uzbek language, and their local equivalents. Particular focus is given to lexical-semantic features and contextual applications. The study highlights the process of linguistic adaptation of foreign terminology within the agricultural sector.
