DEVELOPMENT OF THE QUALITIES OF MOVEMENT IN CHILDREN THROUGH ACTION GAMES

Abstract
This article explores the role of action games in developing the qualities of movement in children, including agility, coordination, speed, balance, and strength. It emphasizes the importance of integrating playful physical activities into educational and extracurricular programs to support motor development, physical health, and social-emotional growth. The study is grounded in theoretical and empirical findings and includes practical methods and observed results from structured game-based sessions.
