Abstract
. This article examines the key aspects of optimizing the operational strategy and enhancing the economic potential of cotton-textile clusters. The authors emphasize the importance of these measures for economic development and for strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises in today’s global environment. Optimization of production processes, improvement of product quality, logistical streamlining, and adaptation to international markets are identified as the primary factors to be considered when formulating an effective operational strategy.
