STUDY OF CATION EXCHANGE SYNTHESIS AND ITS PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES BASED ON COMPLEX-FORMING TETRACARBOXYL UREA

Abstract

In this article, monochloroacetic acid reacts with ethyl alcohol in equal proportions to form ethyl ester of monochloroacetic acid. The synthesized catonites were prepared for testing in accordance with the international standard. The carbocationites taken for testing were dissolved in distilled water and the pH of the solution was determined using a pH meter (ORION 370). In this case, care was taken to ensure that the temperature did not exceed 50 - 55 C. During the experiments, it was found that the effect time was 4-5 hours. The main operational properties of the synthesized cation exchangers TKEM, static and dynamic exchange capacity of the imported cation exchanger KU-2-8 were studied. To determine the structure of the obtained carboxyl derivatives of thiourea, an analysis was carried out using IR spectroscopy. Based on the collected data, a technological scheme for the production of carbohydrates was developed. The resulting product was recrystallized and purified. The reaction yield is not less than 80%.
