Abstract

This article examines the legal foundations, current challenges, and strategies for improving the application of international anti-corruption judicial practices in Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the adaptation of Uzbekistan's legal framework to international standards, drawing on the regulatory documents of the United Nations (UN), the European Union (EU), and other international organizations. It evaluates the effectiveness of international judicial practices, their impact on Uzbekistan's legal system, and the role of courts in combating corruption. Based on this analysis, specific recommendations are proposed to enhance anti-corruption judicial practices in Uzbekistan.
