INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO DEVELOPING WORKERS' SAFETY CULTURE IN OCCUPATIONAL PROTECTION

Abstract
This study analyzes the importance of innovative approaches in shaping workers' safety culture within the occupational safety system. It highlights that the formation of a safety culture is closely linked to organizational policies, management approaches, and workers' attitudes toward safety regulations. Based on international experience, the effectiveness of artificial intelligence, IoT, digital twins, foresight technologies, and gamification methods is evaluated. Additionally, the role of virtual reality (VR) and interactive training in enhancing safety knowledge is examined. The research findings include practical recommendations for fostering a safety culture in the workplace and implementing innovative approaches.
