Abstract
the development of speech competence of students is one of the important tasks of the modern educational system. Improving the quality of education in Uzbekistan, developing oral and written speech of students, developing logical thinking is one of the priority areas of national educational programs. Therefore, this article analyzes the pedagogical possibilities of the theory of diagnosis of speech competence on the basis of the national program.
