Abstract
The article describes the essence and development trends of international educational hubs. In response to the demands of globalization, many countries have focused their efforts to implement the policy of creating international and other educational hubs, the processes of transforming their higher education systems, and intensifying their international activities, expansion of joint programs of universities as tools to increase their competitiveness
