Abstract
This article examines the pedagogical problems of preparing teachers and students for international assessment programs. international assessment programs require teachers to improve educational performance based on new methodologies and pedagogical approaches. The article analyzes the main pedagogical problems faced in the preparation of teachers for these programs, methodological training, the use of innovative technologies and the importance of mutual exchange of experience. Also, in the process of preparing teachers for international assessment programs, there are ways to improve the skills of teachers and achieve an improvement in the quality of Education.
