Abstract
The determination of centric occlusion (CO) is a critical step in the fabrication of complete dentures for edentulous patients. Accurately establishing this relationship ensures optimal function, comfort, and aesthetics of the final prosthesis. This article outlines the sequence for transferring orientation marks to wax bases using occlusal rims, identifies potential errors and complications, and offers recommendations for improving clinical outcomes.
