STUDY OF VARIOUS MANIFESTATIONS OF PERIODONTAL TISSUE HYPERPLASIA IN CHILDREN

Abstract
There are several causes of gum hyperplasia in children. Good oral hygiene is important for maintaining healthy gums. In some cases, hyperplasia may be caused by medications, be an isolated genetic disease, or be part of a syndrome. Gum hyperplasia is characterized by the accumulation of extracellular matrix based on collagen with varying degrees of inflammation. Comprehensive treatment of gingival hyperplasia includes traditional and laser gingivectomy, as well as conservative treatment.
