Abstract
This article analyzes the processes of digitization of health institutions in the territories, their impact on management efficiency, existing problems and their solutions. Based on the analysis of literature, digitization trends in the Health System, international experience and solutions that can be applied in the conditions of Uzbekistan are considered.
