Abstract

Abstract: This article presents the principles of the algorithms for synthesizing the adaptive belt tensioning system in the intelligent control base, in which the model was developed as a control object in the MatLab software package, and its parameters were selected to a certain extent with the parameters of the actual technological installation, and the control program was implemented using algorithms. In order to ensure reliable and safe data exchange between industrial automation systems, OPC technology is used as a powerful and flexible communication protocol.
