CONTEMPORARY TRENDS AND LEGAL FRAMEWORKS OF CONCILIATION PROCEDURES IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This article analyzes the effectiveness of resolving disputes between business entities through mutual agreement, its advantages, the legal framework of the ongoing reforms in the judicial and legal system of our country, the concept of the settlement agreement and the mediation agreement procedures prescribed in Chapter 16 of the Economic Procedural Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the name of conciliation procedures, their legal and scientific definitions, as well as the role of these procedures in resolving disputes, the existing shortcomings in the regulation of these relations and the solutions proposed by the author to eliminate them.
