From the energy of information generated in society, we learn about the extremely urgent problems of the formation of Information Culture in society in the protection of members of society, especially young people with the future of society. The fact that human civilization is stepping into an informed society begins to pose such serious problems as timely preparation of people for new living conditions and professional activities in a highly automated information environment, training them to act independently in this environment, effectively use the capabilities of the environment and protect against negative influences. Problems in the formation of an informed society, first of all the problem of the place of man in this society, are today the subject of the focus of the international community.
